As announced, Jim Martin was at the 139th Annual Washington County Fair in Lake Elmo, MN. After participating in the parade, he answered questions from the public. You could have found him near the bingo hall in a hand-made stand built by Jim himself. The candidate was present for twelve hours starting at 10am from Wednesday thru Saturday and ten hours on Sunday.
